Ms. Popp volunteers every Saturday at the Coalition for Economic Survival Tenants Rights Clinic at the Plummer Park Senior Center - 7377 Santa Monica Blvd. in West Hollywood. The clinic starts at 10AM and folks are seen on a first come first served basis. Please make the suggested donation of $25. No one is turned away due to lack of funds. She can assess your case and make appropriate referrals at the clinic if you want to avoid her higher consultation fee. Be cautious of deadlines and if your deadline is before the next clinic please call 213/223-2028 to make an appointment.

Eviction Defense representation is available for a flat rate of $2000 to handle the entire matter. $500 is due when the retainer agreement is signed. The remainder can be made in reasonable payments
to be worked out at the initial interview.

Affirmative litigation is done on a contingency fee basis only. The attorney is paid a percentage of the recovery if the tenant wins.
